该设备是一种机力通风冷却塔，其工作原理是把所需冷却处理的水压到冷却塔塔上部，再通过配水系统均匀地喷洒于填料上，热水从填料上部落下，同时不饱和空气从塔下部上升或由侧面进入淋水装置，在填料间隙的流动中，热水与不饱和空气进行冷热交换，空气把热量向外传递，变成热空气，再由风机抽出塔外，从而达到水温降低的效果。

Pump the hot water needed to the top of the cooling tower; then uniformly spray the water to the fillings through nozzles in the water distribution system so that hot water drops down from the fillings. At this time, the suction power caused by the running fan lift the unsaturated air up to the filling area. The air flows up through the clearance of the fillings and exchange heat with the hot water. The heat will be transferred to the outside of the cooling tower so that the temperature of the water in the tower will fall down.
